Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a child of faith, who was nurtured by a family of faith and supported by his parents. He is the father of Elder T.E Oyakhilome who was one of the pioneers in the Assemblies to God Church in Benin City. Angelina and the matriarch Oyakhilome were also his parents. God's grace was passed on to her son early.
The LoveWorld ministry is a family effort. His brother Reverend Ken is the highly regarded pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston, Texas Church and an active member of Christ Embassy Central Executive Council as well as his sister, KattyWorghiren, is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry (LMAM), which is home to several global best-selling gospel artists.
